- Sample six different regions of the world through drama, dance, music, art, food, and literature.
- Guest artists will introduce their country.
- Guest artists will demonstrate native musical instruments.
- Hands-on experience with unique art media like glassblowing and pottery.
- Designed for kids who have completed grades K-6.
Each week, children will explore the creative and visual arts through themed activities designed to enrich their lives and broaden their horizons.
Your child will experience:
- instrumental and vocal music
- dance and movement exploration
- creative dramatics
- lunch and two snacks served daily
- sample food from the region
- story time
- swim at MetroYMCA twice per week
- Present a program for the community
- Take a field trip to a fun destination!
